Twice we've called Rotor-rooter for drain issues. The first time, the plumber politely chuckled at my lack of knowledge of floor drains, lifted a grate, and tipped his hat ... with a smile as he walked out the door five minutes later. I was so impressed by his attitude regarding the situation, I vowed to call you back if I ever had problems. Low and behold, we had a sink clog. My wife was freaking out given the holidays, and I decided to suck it up and pay the weekend fee... And then you told me you didn't have an extra fee. You told me you would be there in 2 hours; Geoff was there in 30 minutes. He was cordial, polite, respectful, and quick. He was out in 20 minutes, again with smile. My wife was, literally, dancing around with joy. Typically, big name companies are a bane to small residences. Not you. I'd recommend you to any homeowner who has plumbing issues, any time. Your prices are reasonable, your service is great, and your staff has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you!
